Aspiring Agent/ Agent in Training

Those that have taken prelicensing course (but not passed the State of California DRE exam yet) are encouraged to apply. You may be placed on assistance roles to other agents. Learn to do back office marketing, mailing, and other chores. Receive mentorship benefit, in reciprocity. You will be given opportunity to participate in sales training as well, and which cost will be fully reimbursed by broker subject to future employment agreement when you are fully licensed. All these are arranged so you can maximize your earning potential in the near future when you are legally licensed. After licensed, you may be invited to participate in team partnership also if desired. Please provide proof that you are taking or have taken the prelicensing course.
